Staffing / Resources on contract – ‘Trial phase during the start of billing’, resources will work at your office under your direct supervision. 

Fixed-bid contract – Good model in case requirements are clear at the onset, we provide you a techno-commercial proposal detailing scope of work, development methodology, project schedule and pricing. Once you approve the proposal and give a purchase order, we will engage our technical team for the project. We take responsibility for people management along with the entire engineering.  Timely status reporting along with bi-weekly beta releases will be provided from our website.

Time and material – Resources will work from our office based on your inputs and project management. We assign required resources at a monthly fee (approximately 160 hours in a month). Timelog will be sent on a weekly basis and regular status reporting can be availed by talking to resources directly on phone, e-mail, IM or similar methods.  Monthly invoice will be raised for the services rendered by the resources.
