Project name: Property Opportunities management portal
Project Description: Avenue Supermarts Pvt Ltd (hereby refered as ASPL) owns and operates supermarkets and hypermarkets under the brand name DMart. it is spread over Mumbai and other prominent cities in India. ASPL deals in groceries, FMCG, apparel, footwear and all such household items.

Dmart is currently in a growth phase and they have a team which actively scouts for properties in their target cities where they want to open stores.

Typically business development managers have broad geographical regions assigned to them and BDE have specific geographical regions assigned to them. Data should be visible only as per geographical region which is assigned to that particular BDM or BDE.

A property moves through a long lifecycle from 1-6 months which is same as classical sales SPANCO lifecycle. A property starts as a ’suspect’ to the deal being signed and property being acquired. The objective is to have a web portal which can be used by this mobile team to track a property during this lifecycle.

Apart from the transactions getting captured, variety of MIS data is captured and available through reports.
